I’ve always loved books. I still remember the smell of them when I visited my small town library in Nebraska. When I grew up, I married and moved to Nashville, Tennessee where I spent the first half of my career teaching 1st-4th grades.
The second half, I had the best job in the school, as an elementary librarian, and loved being able to share books with children. Before long, I dreamed of writing my own.
My husband and I are blessed with two grown children, a precious granddaughter, and two devoted dogs. They provide endless inspiration now that I am writing full-time. Visit the Projects link to see some examples from my writing journey.
